Pricing
Starting Price Starting Rates: Base rates for a companion room start at $5495. Base rates for a private room start at $6495. Respite care rates start at $300 per 24-hour period. CountryHouse Folsom, unfortunately, does not offer day-stay services.
Base rates at CountryHouse include your choice of apartment and all residential services including daily meals and snacks, housekeeping, activities, transportation, utilities, life enriching activities and much more. Additional health care is available for services such as medication delivery, bathing or dressing assistance and more. Prior to moving in, individuals are assessed by by our wellness director to determine what kind of health care services will be needed to live successfully at CountryHouse. Each health care service is assigned a point value that is based on the number of minutes it takes to perform the service as well as the level of expertise of the staff person providing the service. We offer four care levels. Level one of care starts at $950 monthly with costs increasing as levels get higher Care beyond level four is available and charged based on minutes and points. Please ask our team for more details. Other Cost Considerations: A one-time community fee of $3,000 holds the room of your choice for up to 15 days, and is not refundable after 90 days of residency. A deposit of $500 adds you to our waiting list and is applied to your first month’s rent or is refundable if no move occurs. Families are responsible for services not normally provided by CountryHouse, such as personal telephone or salon services. Additional fees may be applicable for enhanced care, personal attendants or pets. A second occupant fee of $1,200 will be applied to apartments with more than one resident. Additional fees may apply for enhanced care, premium room locations, personal attendants or pets. Regular cost-of-living increases do occur. Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.

Country House Folsom is a wonderful and safe community! From the moment you walk in the door you are always greeted with a warm genuine smile and by your first name. The Medical and Care staff are knowledgable, caring and helpful. The Activities and Entertainment staff are creative, upbeat and inclusive. The food is always freshly homemade... the dining tables are set with fresh flowers, placemats and cloth napkins with tunes of yesteryear playing softly in the background. The community is tastefully decorated in a comfortable well lit style with lit fireplaces and a grand piano. Our family sleeps well at night knowing our loved ones are safe, happy and well taken care of every hour of the day.

The best memory care for your loved one! Very caring staff, residents are kept entertained, clean, engaged, and out of their rooms so that they may socialize and make new friends. The environment is always clean, bright and cheerful and the staff is lovely!

We placed my father into the Folsom location, and could not be more impressed with the facility and the entire staff. They know how to deal with dementia with professionalism and emapthy. The amenities are outstanding, from the individual room that is well thought out, to excellent dining, to living areas designed to draw the residents out and stay active physically and mentally, to the on site salons, and an exercise room. Nothing has been forgotten. My father is very happy there. And knowing he is well cared for gives a peace of mind I desperately needed.

I placed my uncle at Country House in the fall of 2021 after moving him from Texas to California. He has acclimated nicely and appreciates the caring staff and accommodations. The facility is saffed with caring and compassionate employees and is beautifully appointed. Thank you Country House for providing a safe place for the season our loved ones are in.
