I greatly enjoyed visiting the Country Club at Woodland Hills and touring their apartments. They also have very nice cottages there. The facility was very clean, in a nice location and quite well maintained for its age. I liked the warm, home like atmosphere and the residents were all very friendly and happy. Everyone loves the food and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. The staff knows the residents by name and are obviously focused on their needs. Amy in marketing conducted my tour, and she did a super nice job of showing the facilities, introducing me to the staff and answering all of my questions.

The residents seem to love it, and appears to be a nice property. Never had an issue here until today. Profiling individuals upon entering is bad business. I stated my business and followed protocol as I have for years; I understand safety first, but stating you don’t recognize me following my identification seems far fetched. I am dressed in uniform conducting business; there isn’t an option for delivery drivers in the check in screen. The note on the door implies entry and deliveries made to customers apartments. I think this policy should be taught and uniform through staff.

I toured three facilities before making my decision to make Country Club at Woodland Hills my new home. I loved it the minute I walked in the front door and saw the large sitting area with a fireplace. I am thoroughly enjoying living here. My apartment overlooks a spacious green area which includes a nice dog part. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise is one of my favorite things to do. There are lots of activities to enjoy, the dining is excellent, housekeeping is great, and our staff members are friendly and very caring! I truly do not have enough good things to say about my life at Country Club at Woodland Hills.

Jennifer Lombard did a superb job of taking time to give me and my family personal tour of the beautiful facilities and answered all of our questions about living at Country Club at Woodland Hills. She was so gracious and helpful as she shared all of the various programs available for the residents. As a Military Veteran, I felt right at home and have thoroughly enjoyed living here.
