My mom has recently returned to the Cottages and living with us for several years. I am so grateful every day for the care and love all the staff gives mom! Many of the staff remembered mom and the transition was made easier. They have been encouraging to my family, especially myself as mom becomes a part of the Cottages family. Her new friends are wonderful and mom enjoys her days with them. We are so blessed to have found The Cottages of Perry Hall!

My dad Hank is very happy to be at the Cottages. He was ostracized at another facility because of his Alzheimer's. Nurse Cathy worked hard to get him on the proper treatment for him, to learn his behaviors, and find his perfect fit for memory care. He's thriving again at the Cottages, clean and well fed, and hugged often! Communication with family is good here, and the staff is lovely. Miss Tiny and Miss Jaz obviously love their residents. Melissa is always offering activities and outings. Missy is a ray of sunshine! Any poor staff behavior seems to be routed out fast. This residence has been a blessing to my family. My sincere thanks!

The Cottages of Perry Hall were a lifesaver for me and my brother. It was becoming unsafe for our mom to live alone. Missy, Cathy, Autumn and the rest of the team are wonderful. They are attentive to any questions or concerns we have had and really care about each of their residents. This is evident by all the activities planned for the residents, community events, the warmth when visiting and their Facebook page that shares all the activities and goings on in the Cottages which is great for all the families. Mom took some time to adjust, but she is doing well and making friends. She loves to “help” and the staff is very patient. We have been very happy and comforted knowing mom is thriving and safe.

I have a loved one in the memory care building and have to say the care team is really good with her! They work so hard and a few of them really stand out like extended family showing much love and support! Thank you Tiny, Autumn, Edwina and Jasmine especially for your loving top notch care! We are grateful for the Cottages!
