I have been a resident at Copper Shores since July 2023. It is a lovely place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have met so many friends here and enjoy every day. The residents are so friendly. It's like coming home. The apartments are very nice and someone else cooks for me!!

The Shores at Pleasant Hill has been a perfect match for my mother who has lived in a 4-room memory care apartment for over three years. She often comments about her happiness with her living situation and her wonderful view of the lake and patio from her living room. It is important to her to have a sense of privacy, and it's important to me that she is checked on periodically during the day--The Shores provides just that balance of attentiveness and respectfulness that we need. Since I live out of town, it's necessary that open communications exist between the staff at The Shores and our family. I've never been disappointed. The entire staff has been exceptional in assisting us every step of the way from initial move in to the present. Because of the caring and conscientious environment at The Shores, my mother's health is stable and her outlook is positive. The Shores is always abuzz with activity! It is welcoming and lovely! During the holidays, it is beautifully decorated! During the summer, pots overflow with flowers! This is a place where people care and pour themselves into serving their residents, and I am so pleased that my family member is privileged to live here.

the Shores is a wonderful place to live. The residents are friendly and there are plenty of activities to get to know your neighbors. The staff are very helpful in getting you accustomed to your surroundings. The accommodations are roomy and comfortable. There is plenty of closet space. The meals are good and there is more variety than I expected. There is a beautiful lake with a paved walkway for getting outside to get some exercise. There is also a movie theater across the street with restaurants nearby. All in all the Shores is a very nice place to spend your retirement years.
