Copper Creek

Our mother was part of the Copper Creek community for about a year and a half before her passing. I can't say enough good about Copper Creek. It is a beautiful, clean, happy place. Our mother's assisted living apartment was lovely and homey and a joy to visit. I stayed with her in her apartment regularly for extended visits. She made geniuine friends there. Her care team under the direction of Katlyn Mros, the Health and Wellness Director, was EXCEPTIONAL! We appreciated Katlyn's excellent communication and patience as we constantly adjusted and customized our mother's care. We will be forever grateful for the kind, compassionate, individualized, attentive, and loving care our mother received. Every staff member, from the dining staff and front desk receptionists, to the aides and med techs, to the directors and her hospice team are the kindest people we've ever met. Their sincerity and empathy are unexcelled. We have nothing but immense gratitude to express for everyone at Copper Creek for taking such tender care of our beloved mother. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful experience working with Jeanie a Family Support Representative at Copper Creek Assisted Living. From the very beginning, she was incredibly informative and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process. Moving a loved one into assisted living can feel overwhelming, but her patience and willingness to answer every question made a huge difference for our family. She never made us feel rushed and ensured we fully understood all of the options available. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. It was clear that they wanted what was best for our loved one and our family. Copper Creek is a beautiful facility with great resources and a very kind staff. Unfortunately, the facility was more expensive than we felt comfortable with declining health for my grandparents. However, would 100% recommend checking this facility out. From our experience this is a great place for families looking for a supportive community for their family members to live in. I spoke to a lot of staff members - their activities director very sweet and you can tell she enjoys her job. The food smelled great and the kitchen staff were all friendly and polite. Even members of janitorial staff were smiling and said hello - it was a great environment. Along with staff, I also talked with residents - they loved where they live.

My husband, Warren, and I returned to Utah after a 60 year absence traveling the country with his employer. We left Utah shortly after he graduated from University of Utah and spent 33 years moving to multiple states for his employer. A few months ago we made a decision to move from Florida to Utah again and after looking at several others in the valley our children found us a lovely new place at Copper Creek Senior Living. It is conveniently located in South Jordan with easy access to main traffic corridors. From the time we walked in we felt like we were "at home." Carrie Herrin helped our children find just the right unit for us. Our children then had it furnished with ADA furniture to meet our health needs. She and Cody Barker, the Executive Director, are wonderful just as all the other employees we have interacted with. Our friends here tell us they love living here also! We feel SO Safe and happy. EVERYONE we talk to LOVES living here! We are able to attend Church services right here and have every kind of entertainment at our finger tips while living in a safe environment! Even with a couple of medical emergencies the in-house medical team responded immediately. We feel like we are at an Amazing SUMMER CAMP FOR SENIOR CITIZENS." From the top tier of management down to the cleaning staff and everyone in between were the most kind,gentle staff I’ve ever had the chance to meet. Katlyn was fantastic as well as Carrie and Jennifer on the management level. The nurses were top notch and lived and cared for my mother like she was there own. Highly recommend this facility.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
