My grandmother happily lived here for over 10 years. The people here always treated her with dignity and respect. The festivals they hold are lovely events and opportunities to spend time with your loved ones who live here.

Our experience with Concordia began a little over 20 years ago. It all started because the time had come that our parents living in Florida needed to come home to Pennsylvania. They needed to be close to relatives and enjoy the remaining years surrounded by family. We visited and interviewed every major senior community in Western Pennsylvania. We made every effort to find the very best fit for them. We rejected some well-known facilities for very good reasons. Our research brought us to Concordia. Every level of care that they would need was available through Concordia. More importantly, the social opportunities and activities provided a great life for them. Most importantly, in their time at Concordia every staff member that we encountered was caring and dedicated to providing them with a kind and Christian environment. Five years ago, was our turn to move to a senior community. Choosing Concordia was an easy decision. Here at Concordia, we live on a beautiful 140-acre campus with every service available to us that we will need. The best part of all of that is the kind treatment we have received from all employees in each area we've encountered. Concordia is a mission, and they hire individuals who believe in that mission of faith and caring. Our children who helped us move here told us it was like they were dropping us off at college….. just like when we had dropped them off. The only differences they saw were that the food was better and when we take enrichment classes here, we don't have to worry about keeping our grades up. All levels of medical care short of a hospitalization are available on campus. There are bus trips to stores, sporting events, plays, concerts and just about everything else you can name. If you need transport to a specialist doctor off campus, that transportation is provided. There are activities and opportunities for a great social life. Concordia is truly a great place and environment to spend your retirement years.

I've been a resident at Haven III of Concordia in Cabot for only eleven months. My literary skills are inadequate to express how great this place is. The apartment far exceeded my expectations, the common areas of this Haven are beyond reproach, and the dining room resembles a fine restaurant. What really makes Haven III such a fine place to live is the STAFF; from maintenance to dietary to housekeeping to activities and to transportation. But what brings all these tasks together to provide above excellent service is a Resident Coordinator. The Resident Coordinator functions as the "Concierge of a high end resort". There has not been a request or question that hasn't been resolved very successfully by the Resident Coordinator. The entire staff makes you feel as part of a family .A family that actually likes you. Without any doubt or hesitation, I would recommend Concordia at Cabot over any of the other retirement communities I've visited
