Commonwealth Senior Living at Hillsville

This is truly an amazing facility!! The staff are wonderful Clive, BJ, Mary Beth, Chasity, Avery, Emily, Elizabeth, Stacy, and the rest of the staff are all so welcoming!! If you are ever looking to place a loved one in assisted living this is the place!! They take such good care of their residents!!

My grandfather moved in to Commonwealth roughly 5-6 weeks ago. So far I have witnessed some of the most caring staff that go above and beyond. Transitions like this are difficult for folks that have been so independent all thier lives and the staff at commonwealth have definetly made that transition easier and pleasant. They have activities often and offer community outings which I think is just amazing. Anything my grandfather needs or asks for they have made sure that he gets it. The staff interations with the folks residing there and the familes are just the best. You can tell the staff are happy by the way they treat the folks living there and that in turn makes the residents living there happy. When you walk in, you can see how happy and well treated the residents are. Its always clean and has a pleasant smell unlike so many homes or facilities. I cannot thank Commonwealth enough for everything they do to provide a comfortable and home like environment while giving the best care possible. Just know you are noticed for the good and caring work you do. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This facility is absolutely amazing!! The staff there create such a welcoming atmosphere and take incredible care of the residents there! Everyone is so caring and this facility truly knows what it means to go the extra mile!

I have two aunts who live there and visit them often. The staff is super nice, food looks good, it's a very clean facility ,gorgeous rooms, always having activities for the residents, and the nurses take good care of the residents. The managers of the facility are very nice and helpful as well and so is the office staff. Karen B.
