I manage my brothers affairs due to an injury he had early in his life. We moved him into Holiday Columbia Pines approximately 2 years ago. I have had a number of occasions where I needed help from the staff with various inquiries and requests. They have always been very accessible and willing to help. They always have my brothers interest in mind and are very proactive in reaching out to me if they have any concerns about his health or well being. I have worked very closely with Jeremiah, Vondra and Jill and they have been great. Allen always has good things to say about his time there, the great meals and the many friends he has made. Thanks to the staff at Holiday Columbia Pines for helping me take care of my brother!! Jeff Francis

My auntie had been staying up there and when I went to visit her they was always roaches. She kept her place spotless but roaches would come in from the cooling unit. The bedroom stay hot because cooling unit was only in the main room. Other residents were saying same thing. Then they went up $200 on the rent which is crazy because it was already high at $2000 for a little room. If you wanted a room there with a few more square feets you had to pay $2500 to $2700 but going up 10% overnight like that every year just be crazy. Inflation was only 3% this past year. We finally got priced out of there. Now our auntie is staying with my sister and saving all that money. The food was nasty also. Uh!

March 9 2026 I have been here approximately three months. It is a nice facility however it is advertised as luxury independent living facility which it is not. There are many residents here who cannot walk without a walker or wheel chair. A few use scooters. Some residents are bed ridden. Many residents have caregivers. The kitchen service needs major improvement. This includes food preparation, service and nutrition. The apartments are nice and the building is clean. Staff is helpful.

We have experienced nothing but very helpful service, kind staff, and clean facilities. My brother has been living there for over a year now, and he loves it, feels very safe, and appreciates the atmosphere. My family hight recommends it!
