Went there with my church, Basehor Baptist. Doing an outreach service for the residents, including a new resident and his wife whom is a long time deacon from our church. Greeted with excited smiles, and several attendees. Sang gospel songs, and heard a short sermon from our beloved Pastor. The living center was very nice, clean, quiet, and very welcoming!

There are very few places on par with Colonial Oaks Leawood. Everything from the activities, food, clinical staff, and the building itself make it a place I like to be, and where I’d be honored to have a family member live. Nicest people in the industry!

My husband, Ken Stenzel, was a in Memory Care unit for 30days. I have never had a more caring staff and nursing care. From the time we took a tour of the facility to the time he spent in memory care. I would definitely give everyone a 10 plus rating, the nurses were always very caring and informative about his condition. The Catholic Community Health Hospice care nurses were always very friendly, caring, supportive, and informative. Again Thank You, to all who were involved and God Bless all of you!Darlene
