I would think twice before Id move my loved one into Collier Park again. They are poorly run. Communication is basically on a beg for it basis. You find out policy by begging for it. The front office staff is hard to find and terrible at returning phone calls. The staff is also understaffed and those that work have a pretty bad attitude about customer service and respect. They're solution to every problem was, "maybe she has a UTI" and theyd call an ambulance and send her off to the ER by herself. Its a shame. We were looking for another option when my Mom passed. Ive yet to have one person there offer me condolences.

We have had nothing but nice people. Everyone you run into. We are enjoying the 3 meals a day, the bingo and the happy hour. If you are looking for a place to live the rest of your life this is definitely the place. Hope to see you soon!!!!

I had the pleasure of attending the luau at Collier Park. I was so impressed with the entire event. One employee was working tirelessly barbecuing for the residents. Several others were bringing drinks to the residents and waiting on them. Collier Park seems to do an exceptional job at making it a great place to live!

It has been a great alternative to my Dad’s prior apartment. Staff is very friendly and it very attentive. Nice to come visit and not have to worry about his well being.
