This place has been really great. And by far the best food I have seen in any senior facility. I had a meal with my parent here and the salmon dinner they served could easily be served at the nicest restaurants in Charlotte. Very impressed with the quality and care of the residents.

My husband and I have lived here since December 2023. The facilities are outstanding and beautiful. Everyone seems like family that lives here and we all look after one another. The best part is the staff they are top-notch you can’t rate above 10 but they are 100 the Community Director the activities Director the front desk workers the servers everyone is just top-notch. We love it here, 55 and older, my husband and I are the youngest. If you are looking for a place for your parents or a place for yourself, Ambriant at Avondale should be your new home.

We are exploring facilities for our sister to relocate for enhanced amenities over her current apartment. First and foremost the experience with the staff, especially Maria, was most pleasant as she was quick to make us feel comfortable and schedule a tour with Hannah the lead of the marketing arm of Ambriant. Her presentation of the living options and costs was straightforward. With Hannah's extensive knowledge every questions was answered. Even things we did not think of were presented to assist in determining how my sister's needs would be met. Unlike other encounters in our search there was no pressure. Hannah was truly interested in moving forward at a pace that suited our strategy. Regarding the suites and facility we found them to be exceptionally appointed with fantastic amenities! With an opportunity to meet several current residents we found the response to their experience at a 5 Star rating; best of all our search. In reviewing the value proposition we found several options here all at highly competitive costs. In fact we found all things considered these the best. We look forward to a probable relocation for our loved one and a pleasant future at Ambriant at Avondale. If you are in the search mode we highly you add them to your list of visits.

My time spent at Ambriant at Avondale has been very enjoyable. The staff is approachable, friendly, and responsive. The residents themselves are a fun group that care about and check in on each other. The outdoor and indoor space is bright, airy, and clean. The quality of residents, staff, and space make Ambriant very welcoming.
