Cogir of Glen Mills

As a daughter, finding the right place for my mom was incredibly important, and I honestly knew this was the right place from the moment we came in for our tour. The person who showed us around was so kind, welcoming, and informative. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Since my mom moved in, we've continued to have a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Every time I visit, they greet me by name, and it's obvious they really know my mom—not just as a resident, but as a person. That personal touch means so much to our family. The community is always clean and well cared for, and anytime my mom has needed something fixed in her apartment, maintenance has responded quickly and taken care of it without any hassle. The dining supervisor does an amazing job making sure everyone is taken care of and that residents are happy with their meals. It's such a relief knowing my mom is somewhere she feels comfortable, respected, and cared for. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated like family.

The staff at Cogir is compassionate and loving. They went out of their way to help my aunt and the environment there is so friendly. Reenie Glick has helped out family in so many ways. She pays attention to every detail and she is always there for us to answer any questions. We are truly grateful!!!!!

Merrill Gardens is a lovely community. It is clean and well maintained. David in hospitality does an amazing job! The staff that runs the restaurant and kitchen are very kind and caring. The techs and medical staff are compassionate and attentive, and very patient with the residents. They make every resident feel they are special. My mom feels they genuinely care about her well being and we feel it as well. I can’t say that I am impressed with the administrator Susan Monard or Reenie Glick the admissions director. Prior to moving our mom there they couldn’t do enough for us. Once my mom was established, they were difficult, hard to reach and trying to reach either one of them is like making an appointment with the president. I feel the kitchen, tech and medical staff deserve all the accolades and I hope they are being fairly compensated for all their hard work. If I had to do this over I’d probably choose a different senior living facility. I base this on the fact that I feel we were all fed a lot of great stories that were just that, stories.

I own a business (Arrive Move Managers) helping seniors transition into Communities like Merrill Gardens - I cannot say enough about the partnership I have found with Reenie and the team here. The focus is always on the client, their safety, wellbeing and most importantly care. I know when a client tells me they're moving to Merrill Gardens Glen Mills that they are in the compassionate, professional hands of Reenie and the entire team. This makes my job, which is often emotional, that much easier! Thank you!
