Jennifer Sawtelle, who guided us through the placement process, was extraordinary. With her help, we were able to complete everything and relocate my dad within just a few weeks. The staff even assisted with arranging his flight, and Jennifer personally accompanied him to ensure a smooth and reassuring transition. When he arrived, there was a thoughtful and detailed plan in place to help him acclimate comfortably to his new surroundings. The daily structure and wide range of engaging activities brought out parts of my dad we hadn’t seen in months. Jenn was amazing! We did a tour with her to understand the next steps for my loved one, and she was so helpful.. professional.. and kind. It’s hard to find people with bedside manner that are so genuine and thoughtful. I would feel very comfortable having my relative stay here with the information she has given me.

I’m absolutely so grateful for this community and how much they have helped my Dad transition into memory care. We had looked at multiple places but found that Jennifer was the most professional from tour to move in. She answered questions we didn’t even know we would have! The care staff is great and you can tell they really care about the residents.
