The accommodations and amenities are fine but if they try to tell you that they are happy to have children there they are lying through their teeth. We moved my mother in last year and everyone told us how happy the residents are to have children visit and how welcomed children will be. Nope! Every time my 3 young boys go to visit Nana, residents lodge complaints about how noisy it is. Staff and residents complain about how they're behaving with the pool table or golf. And today, on Grandparents day, Nana and the boys were told there wasn't enough room for them at bingo! I'm never sending my children back here. My boys are well mannered and well behaved and this place CAN NOT HANDLE THEM DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT WITH CHILDREN

My mom has lived here for two years and loves it! She has made great friends and does all the social activities such as Paint and Sip, pool, golf, bingo. She enjoys the food and her little dog is very welcome here! LisaR

Just attended the Christmas party last night... amazing. I wish I had gotten more pictures, but to be honest, the place was so packed that it was just wild! It is so great to see so many people come out and support their elderly parents/grandparents and friends! The food was amazing, the decor was adorable, the staff were all dressed up and, as per usual, over the top friendly. I truly couldn't ask for a better place for my dad to be living. Trust me, I was not happy when he forst moved here... and now I rarely even go over there because my dad is just so busy living his life doing wjat he does there... it's a good feeling to know my dad is being well.taken care of. I would 10/10 recommend Cogir at the Narrows run by Angela. She and the staff are AMAZING! Terry, Tressa, Jayden, Deedra, Temika, and anyone else I forgot... all exceptional people. Can't wait for the next big holiday shin dig! The only reason I won't give 5 stars is bc of course a 5 would only be if my dad lived with me :) Great care at no cost! December 2023 My dad has been here since 2021 living on both AL and independent side. Highly recommend Cogir. The care team here is phenomenal, the cost is honestly comparable if not more affordable for the level of cleanliness, friendliness, and peace of mind (and trust me I looked everywhere!), the resident and staff turnaround doesn't seem to be often... I just really feel good about about my dad staying here. They offer many activities daily along with weekly outings and seasonal festivities. From day 1 every staff member has remembered mine and my dads name. If you need PT/OT they offer in house care which is a plus. They are equipped to handle anything your loved one might need and transition to. The only reason I won't give Cogir 5 stars is because that would only be if my dad lived with me :) Dec 2022

Hannah was so organized in getting all the paper work ready for my parents to move in Cogir and my parents love the place. Her attention to detail made for a smooth admission. She is enthused in her job which made it fun when working with her. So amazed at how she remembers so many names and is always in a good mood.
