I recently toured Clearwater Springs with Chasiti and was genuinely impressed by the inviting atmosphere and strong sense of community. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about the people who live there. The community is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable and home-like. What stood out most was the warmth of both the staff and residents — there’s a real feeling of connection and care here. The activities, common spaces, and overall environment support an engaging and joyful lifestyle rather than just a place to live. Clearwater Springs left a wonderful impression, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a compassionate, welcoming community.

Clearwater Springs offers excellent value for the quality of care provided. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other assisted living communities in the Vancouver area, and they don’t require large buy-in fees - just month-to-month rental. We’ve been pleased with the care and the sense of community our clients have found here. For families on a budget or concerned about affordability, this is definitely worth touring! I just met with Chasiti she was amazing to tour with!
