The staff at Clearwater, especially Hollie, made a difficult transition so much easier. Their acting and attentive nature made my Mom feel very welcomed and helped seamlessly integrate her into Assisted Living. Hollie was instrumental in helping to educate me on what to expect, how to approach the topic of moving with my Mom, and even tips for helping to ease her into the community prior to physically moving in. I could not have done it without Hollie's help!

Clearwater felt like a welcoming, friendly environment as soon as I walked in. It is clean and feels upscale. The sense of community is everywhere. People greet you when you walk by from residents to employees. The layout feels very functional; with a communal courtyard and then also private nooks for reading and playing games, there is a little place for everyone. I really appreciated the respect and care that was shown to the residents. It felt like the employees really spent the time to get to know them individually and meet them where they are. Very impressed!!!

I dont have enough wonderful things to say about this facility! It is a large complex with many different individual/assisted apartments with a variety of amenities. There are field trips and activities everyday, all throughout the day. A pub, formal/informal dining areas, a poker room, a theater room, a salon, and a fitness center. Everything here is absolutely top quality and tailored to each individual resident. The entire staff is super friendly and is well acquainted with all the residents. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a place for your family member. It is so reassuring to know someone you love is well taken care of and safe.
