I visit Clearwater often and I’m consistently impressed with this community. Mary, the director is friendly and always there to handle anything that may pop up. The resident I visit lives in the memory side of Clearwater and I see the staff engaged with the residents, it always smells pleasant( rare for these type of buildings) and Allie & Jen are true, helpful professionals! Thank you Clearwater staff for taking great care of my loved one!

We have had a family member at Clearwater now for 1.5yrs, and the experience has been super. We were experienced with other AL/MC facilities for another family member in another state, and knew what to look for. Clearwater at Rancharrah has features which help our family member thrive and continue to after her medical setback, with in-house PT/OT, plenty of visitor space, game rooms, ample dining space indoor and outdoor, and live music and other socials are plentiful. Our family member even helps with gardening, her favorite hobby. It all depends on your family member and their needs, ours is thriving and her needs are well met. We're grateful for the helpful and caring staff at Clearwater.

I beg you, if you love your family and friends... encourage them to NOT live here. The staff is hostile and I've seen them treat residents bad over their personal opinions of family. The residents do NOT come first. Memory care specifically is ran by bullies and they talk down to the residents. The building is new and there is already uncontrolled leaks in the walls. It stinks from rotting wet walls. There is only 1 functioning elevator most of the time and the company van has been.broken down forever. For the money you pay, it's no way to spend your twighlight years.

Our family recently came together on a decision to transition our father to assisted living. Clearwater's strong ratings and the strong word of mouth about the community prompted a tour and conversation. The warm welcome we received from the sales manager, who took a great deal of time answering our questions over a couple of different meetings and phone calls, further informed our strong impression of Clearwater and made the difference for our family to become part of this wonderful community. Since our father's arrival, he has enjoyed the residents and staff, who have made him feel right at home as part of the Clearwater Family. Everyone from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the maintenance department, to the caregivers, to the medical team, to the administration has been friendly, responsive, and client-centered in every way. We are very grateful to have located this wonderful community, and encourage anyone in the greater Reno area / northern Nevada needing care for their loved one to contact them.
