Without naming anyone directly, I want to address how unprofessional this facility is. I spoke with a caregiver who works there and was informed that the Medtech Elaine is consistently rude to the caregiving staff. I only asked because I heard an incident where a private caregiver went to the head nurse’s office and was verbally attacked by The nurse (I believe her name is Nicole) along with another heavyset man who did not appear to work there. I felt terrible for the young lady—she remained calm, composed, and professional throughout the situation. When I visit my friend at this facility, I often hear about negative experiences. However, I never expected staff to openly disrespect other caregivers who are there to help the residents as well. This behavior is especially concerning coming from individuals who are in charge of med techs and caregivers. There is also another staff member named Donna (I believe she is Asian) who has been extremely rude to residents. I have personally witnessed some questionable behavior from her. I strongly recommend not bringing your loved ones here. The residents are not properly cared for, and the amount of money they charge is unbelievable for the treatment people receive. The nurse Nicole, in particular, needs to be spoken to regarding how she aggressively handled a situation with a caregiver who was simply trying to communicate a basic concern.

I am very disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this facility. Clients are not properly cared for, and concerns are often ignored rather than addressed. Even more troubling is the way private caregivers are treated—with disrespect, hostility, and an unprofessional attitude from Nicole head nurse and Medtech Elaine. Instead of working collaboratively for the well-being of clients, staff often create a negative and unwelcoming environment. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on management and directly impacts the quality of care provided. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, respectful, and reliable care.

Losing certain people who actually care for your loved ones and their needs is a big factor to companies like this. You can feel the change on so many aspects and it makes you want to pull family members away and bring them to a better and safer place. We miss BreAnn and will soon be pulling away to care for our loved one ourself. Wishing her journey the best in the medical field, wish they had more people like you.

Staff is extremely unprofessional , Carmel and CG personal is rude! Will do anything to get rid of people that call them out on their lack of service. I witness a Cargiver lady hurting a resident there. The resident was yelling to stop and the Cargiver kept pulling on her. Carmel and Caregiving supervisor turn a blind eye and let this stuff happen to their residents.
