Choreograph Gainesville

Meghan and Justin are incredibly professional, gracious and welcoming. It was solely due to their hospitality that I made the decision to sign a lease at the Choreograph. I haven’t previously spent much time in Florida, so they showed me how the community would meet my high standards of luxury living that I’ve grown accustomed to in Seattle. I am a designer, and will personally attest to the high quality fit and finish of the complex. I was particularly impressed by the choices for artwork inclusion and durable hard surfaces for residents. The community areas are designed very well, down to the mail room and dog spa. Brava! Thank you, Meghan and Justin!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the E.N.T.I.R.E Choreograph Gainesville Senior Living (CGSL) staff, however Google hasn’t discovered enough cyber ink to cover half of my sentiments.So I’ll muddle through and do the best I can with what I’ve got! The Facility - Impeccable! The staff ensures that there is something different for everyone to enjoy every day of the week. Monthly calendars and the Choreograph App (yes, I said APP) host daily activities on and off campus; eating, dancing, travel, live bands, exercise classes fast and slow, meet and greets, a roof lounge, simulated golf, even a dog-gone bath house for all the “four-legged-furry-family” residents. I ask you, what housing complex on planet earth has a “Spa” for pets? Common on now…But that’s not the half of it. The Staff - Beautiful Brittney, Marvelous Malcolm, Sunshine Sammie, Jazzy Jay and our newest addition, Wonder Mike go out of their way to make sure we are safe, sound happy and secure. But before I bring this journal to a close, I would be remiss if I did not thank Ms. Dawn Marie and Ms. Meghan, (with an H). These two ladies are our Super-she-roes! They have adopted each of us as family and show no favorites as loving parents do. Dawn Marie - Thank you for your dedication and stick-to-itiveness. I often think of her as our “Quiet Storm”. You know what they say about still water. And Ms. Meghan, with an H… good thing I saved her for last because I’d have to grab yet another box of tissue for all the tears I’ve personally shed from the utmost gratitude I have for this incredible Lady. I’ll save that for another post. I’ll suffice to say, her grace, care, and generosity are just a hair-shy of saving my life. On a personal note. I am eternally grateful to you and have nothing but love for you lady!!! Bottom line. If you are looking for an Apartment for 55 and up. Sorry I can’t help you. But if you are 55 and up and looking for a wonderful place to call home….I’d strongly encourage you to apply…TODAY !!! Right now. Not tomorrow…. Are you still reading this post? Stop it. We took a tour of this community with Meghan, she was great! It is beautiful, clean and well thought out. The one bedroom apartment we saw was very large and comfortable. The tour also showed all the common areas, activities that is part of the perks and amenities of living there. It’s on our short list.

I went here looking for homes and found apartments but Hannah was so great at sales she peaked my interest in joining this community. I made an appointment to come back for a tour. She was patient, courteous, helpful, and made me feel right at home. She was even open to some of my suggestions. Her customer service was amazing and I don’t say that often. 55+ community will enjoy having her pleasant spirit around.
