We took a tour of this community with Meghan, she was great! It is beautiful, clean and well thought out. The one bedroom apartment we saw was very large and comfortable. The tour also showed all the common areas, activities that is part of the perks and amenities of living there. It’s on our short list.

I went here looking for homes and found apartments but Hannah was so great at sales she peaked my interest in joining this community. I made an appointment to come back for a tour. She was patient, courteous, helpful, and made me feel right at home. She was even open to some of my suggestions. Her customer service was amazing and I don’t say that often. 55+ community will enjoy having her pleasant spirit around.

Living here is awesome! It's the only reasonable, 55+ active adult, rental community in this area.

Meghan and Justin are incredibly professional, gracious and welcoming. It was solely due to their hospitality that I made the decision to sign a lease at the Choreograph. I haven’t previously spent much time in Florida, so they showed me how the community would meet my high standards of luxury living that I’ve grown accustomed to in Seattle. I am a designer, and will personally attest to the high quality fit and finish of the complex. I was particularly impressed by the choices for artwork inclusion and durable hard surfaces for residents. The community areas are designed very well, down to the mail room and dog spa. Brava!
