After a two week hospital stay and then a two week rehab stay, my mom was told that she can no longer live alone. Needless to say she wasn’t happy about leaving her home! After visiting several assisted living facilities, I chose Charter Senior Living and moved her there in September 2025. We had our ups and downs in the beginning. Trying to get mom settled and learning how to maneuver the new environment. Jaime Moseley, started her role as Executive Director with Charter late in October 2025. She is a true professional and has done an amazing job in just six months! She is always available to meet, listen and in my case counsel. A parent experiencing dementia is so very hard to deal with and she has given me much advice on how to navigate these trying times. Too many awesome caregivers to name them all personally. They have no idea what it does for MY wellness knowing she is being cared for properly. And it’s not just the caregivers that care. The activities director, the dining staff and housekeepers all have an impact on the residents in a positive way! Charter is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I like that it is a smaller community, one floor and easy to navigate. I couldn’t imagine her being on a third or fourth level during a fire or tornado. Something to think about. I would definitely look into a Charter Senior Living facility for a loved one!

I would like to recognize the exceptional professionalism and kindness shown to both our team and the clients we serve at Charter. The administration team has been incredibly supportive throughout the transition process, consistently taking the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure that each client’s needs are met with care and attention. A special thank you to the office staff—Jamie, Liz, Pam, and Carrie—who have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and helpful environment. Their responsiveness, patience, and genuine compassion make a meaningful difference not only for our team, but for the clients and families we support. My mom lived here for the last 2’years of her life. She loved it and they loved her. I highly recommend this facility and it’s so nice to see so many of the same people working there from the beginning when mom moved in. Even when my mom was more challenging, the staff kept loving on her understanding it was her disease, not her. That meant the world to her family. Thank you Charter Staff, I appreciate each of you 🌸🌸
