Can’t say enough about how amazing the staff and director at Charter Senior Living are!!! They really care about their residents. When my mother-in-law moved there 2 years ago, my husband and I were worried she wouldn’t be happy there. Now, she runs us off when she has prayer group, church or bingo! But she loves her grandkids to come for arts and crafts activities.❤️ If you’re looking for a safe environment for yourself or your family member, this is the best! We looked at all of the facilities in Bowling Green before we picked this one.

I called them first because of Yracy Chapman who I watched grow up. Then I also got to meet Don Franks, they are tops. The staff is Wonderful and care. About the folks living there. I trusted them with my cousin and her care and they continue to prove I made the right chose!!!! Dwayne Lawrence

Although my mom’s time was brief there, My mom absolutely loved her decision to move into Charter Senior Living and would say she wished she had moved sooner. From the moment she walked in the door she felt at home. The staff and the residents made her instantly feel apart of their family/community. Mom looked forward to the daily activities and loved the food!! Everyone at Charter was so caring and compassionate to our family, during what was a difficult time for us. I would highly recommend Charter Senior Living for any loved one.

We moved my mother to Charter 18 months ago and it has been a wonderful assisted living facility. The process to get her set up there was simple and she made friends immediately. The staff is attentive and friendly, the services to choose from were exactly what we needed to make her retired years comfortable and active. I highly recommend booking a tour and seeing all they have to offer if you are looking in Bowling Green!
