Our father, John, spent the final six months of his life at Charter Senior Living in Bay City, and we could not be more grateful for the care he received. From the very beginning, the staff treated him—and our entire family—with compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. We were never made to feel like just another resident passing through; instead, we truly felt welcomed as part of the Charter family. During an incredibly difficult time, their support, attentiveness, and heartfelt care meant more to us than words can express. We will always be thankful for the incredible team at Charter Senior Living Bay City.

I , Marla have had a good experience walking into Charter assisted living home, many of Thursday's and I have seen nothing but positive when I go there. Christ centered, they let you leave little Jesus's with the people that work there. They're more than happy to receive them. The meals look delicious 😋 Barb,doing exercises with the group are more than fun, fun ,fun.Lots of laughter 😃 Very clean,place. The people enjoy crafts,which I was able to be of help,today doing them.My cup of 🍵. The people who work there are VERY PLEASANT 👍🏼 All in all,I am completely comfortable and Blessed,having my loved one there, my neighbor is.

My sister has been at charter Senior Living, a week today. We were both excited and scared about her going there. After all, she’d been with me for a year and a half. All the staff have been wonderful but Nurse Brandy has gone above and beyond for my sister and I. This first week would have been much more difficult if it weren’t for Nurse Brandy. I can’t thank her enough.

Such an amazing staff, caring, understanding, energetic, kind, loving. They truly care about everyone who calls at home. The activities leader Barbara is amazing always trying to keep everybody on the move, entertained and young at heart.
