I have the privilege of seeing some of my hospice patients at Charter, and I am consistently impressed with this facility. It is clean, smells pleasant, and has a warm, homey atmosphere that immediately feels comforting. The staff provides compassionate, professional care that honors the dignity of every resident. Memory care is emotionally demanding work, yet the team shows remarkable patience and kindness. Rather than forcing reorientation, instead, they meet each resident exactly where they are, joining them in whatever reality they are experiencing and ensuring they feel safe, understood, and valued. Residents stay meaningfully engaged through a great activities program, and caregivers truly connect with those they serve. I also want to give a special shout out to the nurses in the Wellness Office, Katie and Atiba, for providing exceptional care. If you are looking for a memory care community where your loved one will be safe, understood, and treated with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Charter.

We’ve toured multiple senior living communities in Annapolis and the surrounding area, and have chosen Charter Senior Living of Annapolis as a new home for my 91-year-old mother. While visiting, the caring nature of their staff towards residents was abundantly clear! The building is well laid out and clearly very comfortable for daily living. My sister and I are also quite impressed with the philosophy of care they practice. On top of everything, Suzi Jones of Charter went the extra mile to show us that Mom’s new home is the best place for her to be!

Hey Suzie, I want to thank you with all of your care & support getting my Mom moved over to Charter. It really is a special place! I want to come by and thank all the amazing staff for all their love & care of my Mom. They were wonderful and supported me thru it all. You were absolutely right when you said Susan is the best. She is absolutely the best at what she does! I can't imagine these last few months without her. Her sense of Love & Compassion for her & the other residents is absolutely beautiful! If it wasn't for your kindness & patience Suzi I would have never found Charter Annapolis. I truly believe God placed you in my path to find this place! I felt a joy in Charter Annapolis and I immediately knew thats where my Mom needed to be. Thank you so much Suzi! If there is anything i can ever do for you just give me a shout. Also a special shout out to Sabrina and Atiba for making it their personal goal to heal mom's wound that she came in with. They went above and beyond with their love & wound care for her!
