Champion Estates Assisted Living

Terrible food options. Residents complain a lot. Food is brought in and heated and looks like someone threw it on the plates and many times it's cold. If a resident forgets to turn in their order they are left wondering if they will get anything at all. And the staff is unforgiving and will sometimes tell them they ran out. This is unacceptable treatment of adults. They have little left in choices and food shouldn't be limited in that way. They are not children and they deserve respect. The Sr staff there is aware and seems uninterested and Corporate is aware as well. Seniors have little left to enjoy in life and good plentiful FOOD should never be an option.

My stepmother came to live at Champion Estates 4 months ago. She was extremely hesitant to move from her home of almost 50 years. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly she adjusted. She felt very comfortable in her new home from the first day she arrived, and that has never changed. I credit the entire Champion Estates staff for welcoming her and continuing to make sure she feels safe, well cared for, and happy. Everyone here goes above and beyond to not only care for the residents, but to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. They treat them like family. My stepmother has never looked back. She doesn't even miss her previous home. She considers Champion Estates her permanent home and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The staff is very attentitive, the food is great, the facility is absolutely beautiful, it's very clean at all times, and the activity programs are exceptional. You won't find a better place to care for your loved ones. A huge thank you to the entire staff at Champion Estates Assisted Living for all that you do.

My uncle was a resident at Champion Estates for over 5 years until he passed away a few weeks ago with the staff doing everything they could for him in those last weeks. From day one of his moving in until the end I knew he was in good hands with the nursing staff, the resident assistants, administration, laundress, maintenance, dietary, and housekeeping. My goal for him was to be as comfortable as possible as long as he lived and Champion Estates made that possible in so many ways! They kept me informed of situations that arose with him, tried their best to meet his physical and emotional needs which wasn’t always easy. He came to love the staff there and there were several that he felt really made his days worth living. He was treated with respect, dignity and empathy. Champion Estates was the best place for him once he needed more assistance and only 5 minutes from me so it was very convenient to visit him and deliver items he needed. I can’t thank the staff there enough for all they did for him and the family they became to him and to me!

My mother has been a resident of Champion Estates for about 18 months. While we were looking for an assited living facility the staff at CEAL was helpful and very senstive to what a life changing decsion moving into their facility would be for all of us.. We are very happy we chose CEAL. My mom receives very good care there and our questions and concerns are always addressed and a solution is worked out. The staff has become like family not only to my mother but to our family. Thank you for caring for the matriach of our family and welcoming her into the CEAL family.
