This was definitely the best thing we could have done for Dad at this juncture. He has come alive at Cerenity Marian. Moving a loved one has its challenges and no place is perfect, but our family is confident Dad is thriving and happy. We recommend Cerenity at Marian.

The staff here does an amazing job for my grandma living on the 5th floor- the nurses the assistants the cooks! But mostly Id love to recognize the activities director - Alex. He has been a beacon there for the while that my grandma has lived here, he brings smiles and music and games to all the residents! He takes the time to help them with their crafts, maintenance issues and he even helped set up my grandmas Netflix. He helps deliver and send mail, and reads the letters to the residents when they ask. I think he is a truly important part of life here and I hope he continues to bring the sunshine with him for a long time to come!

Came here through agency. Residents are phenomenal, while some staff are neglectful and management fail to address concerns regarding the attitudes of their care staff and the condition they leave residents in at the end of their shifts 👎🏽. I addressed this with my agency and I haven’t heard anything back. I highly doubt they handled the situation, or any other for that matter.

My mother thought she was treated with overwhelming kindness, patience and concern. The staff is hardworking and definitely dedicated to their jobs. We appreciate everything they do. Her only complaint, humorously, was too much food.
