In the beginning the staff was wonderful but then it went down hill. They lost my dad’s teeth and said they are not responsible for personal items. Laundry never came back kept losing blankets that we brought in for my dad. Nobody contacted me to go over why we left and moved my father to a better facility. This new facility had done more for him in a week than you did in 4 months. The food was the best thing there. If you’re not a female they won’t pay much attention to you! Always short staffed!

My mother spent 12 years at another facility which provided excellent care. It was expensive & well worth the money for the level of care she received. My sister and I shared the expense. Unfortunately, my husband is an only child, so the cost will be resting solely on our shoulders for my FIL’s care. I have exceedingly high standards, so I researched facilities throughout the area & toured several. Many places disappointed me, but Celebration at Exeter checked every box on my list. It’s immaculately clean, the staff are caring & friendly (I often saw them holding hands with residents), and the price is beyond reasonable for the quality of care. I’m absolutely thrilled that they had a space for my FIL.

The moment I came to Celebration Villa in Exeter I felt very welcomed! The care is wonderful; Danika and Shirley have a great team to make sure everyone is kept safe and happy! Kevin and Dietary staff are amazing as well! The meals are always hot and ready to go for the residents! This is a great place to be a part of!

We had to unexpectedly place my father in assisted living a few months ago. From the moment we toured CV, we felt comfortable, welcome and like everyone there had their sight set on making my dad's transition easier. They have been in contact with me many times over the past few months and they are always available to answer my questions. The entire staff is friendly and caring! I have complete confidence in their level of care and know my father is thriving because of them!
