We had to make a decision very quickly to move my mother to an assisted living facility. From the moment we stepped into Cedarhurst, we knew that she was going to absolutely love it here. The entire staff has been so incredibly nice and welcoming. Making this decision is extremely stressful, but Amanda, the Sales Director, took so much time with me to show me around and provide me all of the different options and activities that they offer, plus answering my long list of questions. I left feeling assured and with a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders. It's only been a few short days but my mom absolutely loves it here. All of the residents have gone out of their way to introduce themselves to her and make her feel welcome which is exactly what she needed. Seeing her so happy here just reinforces that we made the right decision. Melissa, the Executive Director, has also taken quite a bit of time with me to make sure everything is going to plan. Her entire team is the absolute best in the business. Thanks to the entire Cedarhurst team for such a fantastic facility!

Cedarhurst of Salina is a beautiful community with a lot of great amenities, and the staff who truly care make a big difference. My experience overall has been positive — the environment feels warm, the activities are well-planned, and the dining program is much better than many other facilities in the area. There have been a few moments where communication could have been stronger, but whenever I brought something up, the team was responsive and willing to help. I appreciate the effort they put into making residents comfortable, and I would recommend Cedarhurst with the advice to stay involved and communicate regularly.

Cedarhurst is a 15 out of 10. After recently moving my husband into memory care, I can share from personal experience. ALL the staff is CARING, compassionate and professional. I’ve witnessed a team effort caring for all the residents. The staff was supportive as we made this difficult transitional move. The staff support has been beyond what I expected, but what I had hoped for. I would highly recommend this care facility; I’m so grateful we were able to secure a room.

Cedarhurst of Salina has been so wonderful. The staff take such great care of our mother and have always been so polite to us. They have made a tough situation so much better for our family.
