Neither Administration nor Corporate take action to resolve any issue or concern. There has not been resolution to issues from admission June 2024. No accountability even when you have evidence for the basis of your concern. From them not administering medicine that doctor has ordered to destroying medicine from pharmacy less than 7 days old-then telling you to ask doctor for more. (By the way this was for a controlled substance; which was NOT administered to my parent. There were TWO instances of a controlled substance being destroyed outside the proper protocol) Two weeks of NOT administering a blood thinner among all the rest of the prescriptions... because they lost the orders handed over to them in a THREE RING BINDER. It's called a "hiccup" or a "simple mistake." If it was once in a blue moon, I would agree with a hiccup or simple mistake. But, it's one after another, after another. At least something every single month. Integrity is not a character trait of this company!! Any response is lip service with no action or follow through. A WRONG copy of a DNR order was posted in room. Again, called a simple mistake. May I say, if you resuscitate a person with a valid DNR that is present on scene ...it's NOT A SIMPLE MISTAKE!! Lots of resident falls as they continuously have people stand or sit by holding walker instead of the proper way that physical therapy teaches. Or even the Balance classes teach you at the senior center!! Sit in the family room and watch peoples walkers start to tip over from them having them stand and sit this way. They also have trained my mother to "park" walker and walk to table. Totally unsafe. When I asked the aide "do you guys tell her to park it here and walk over?" She replied "yes." TOTALLY UNSAFE My mother's leg is solid metal reconstruction and cannot bear full weight without support. SHE WILL FALL!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

This is a really nice facility. We stopped in to visit with my aunt. The only thing that gave us a bad impression was not being greeted as you come into the building. The girl (Paige), sitting at the front desk was not friendly at all. She didn’t even look up at us when we walked in. She seemed more interested in what she was watching on her laptop. I think for such a beautiful place, there should be an individual sitting at the front desk that has a friendly personality and is eager to welcome people as they enter the building. First impressions speak volumes!!!

Cedarhurst- Entire Staff is very pleasant and my Mother always says how friendly everyone has been to her. Any issues have been addressed quickly. I have enjoyed the two events I have attended with my Mother and celebrated her birthday with her family there at Cedarhurst. I would recommend you come visit Candice and Kari if you are looking for assisted living in an extremely nice facility and see why they are so highly rated.

Our mother has been in the Memory Care part of the facility. We feel that she has always been treated very well. All of the staff at the facility have been great to work with. I would highly recommend Cedarhurst to anyone requiring the care that they offer.
