im writing this review as an outsider that works at memorial hospital and got a pt from this place in the worst human conditions any human can be as a health worker i dont understand how someone could live seening a person in that condition and not try and make a change god sees everything i would never recomend anyone to go there if this is how they care for there residents,clients,ect...

As an RN with years of experience, I felt the need to review this place. My mom was in an assistant living in Selah that was very unsafe with horrible treatment of all the residents there. I reported these unsafe conditions to APS and all I was told was my concerns were unfounded. After researching, I went to Chesterley and met with Emily. She was amazing and my mom was out of that horrible place within 1 week. The transition was fast and smooth. I can’t ever repay her for how hard she worked and made the move happen. The staff are amazing and the building is clean and vibrant. Mom is safe and I don’t have to worry about her anymore. Thank you Emily! I recommend 100%!

I will be admitting my father to Cascade Chesterly and think that their initial evaluation for acceptance into the facility was excellent. Emily did an outstanding job getting things taking care of. I did not think that my dad would qualify as his needs are alot but I was reassured that they would be able to care of all his needs and he would never need to go elsewhere. Emily was awesome, she really knows her job. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

WOW!!! Sooo pleased with how they have helped me and my father out!!! We were put in an impossible situation and they really came through for us!!! Emily was phenomenal and really helped us push paperwork through to get my father into his new apt! During intake we were living on the west side of the state and they allowed us to use their sister location for the assessment and other paperwork. Made it so easy and took the burden of having to drive over the pass! I already feel like we are family and ready to make more friends as the days continue
