I have recently moved back to CA to be closer to my family. I first read about the Carlton Concord a few months ago. It seemed to be a senior living community that offered many amenities that I was looking for. After meeting Natalie & learning more about this type of living experience, i was eager to make it happen. I was warmly greeted by Marnee who certainly helped make the transition seamless. I thank them both for their ongoing efforts. The entire staff were welcoming with a goal of making this a well run community.They are a great team (front desk admin, housekeeping, Bistro, maintenance & transportation drivers). I certainly have been challenged to remember all the names of the welcoming residents. I am eager to take advantage of the many activities available. One has a choice to opt in or not. The Bistro offers a variety of food choices & the dining room is a special gathering place. A gorgeous landscaped courtyard is a pleasant place to enjoy as well. My decision was spot on & I feel a bright future here.

Resident for 2 months. The staff is absolutely fabulous. Director, sales manager, facilities coordinator, receptionist, a.k.a. director of first impressions, kitchen, staff, maids, all very caring and focused on getting things done. The residents are very nice and have made me feel welcome. The kitchen is improving since a complete makeover last month. Gated parking for those who need it. Just a feel good communal atmosphere. Also close to downtown and the weekly farmers market and concerts.

I've been here 6 months and am very happy to have made the move. Very active community -- a lot of activities and opportunities to meet people. Apartments are very nice, and I love that they love animals.

Okay where do I start I guess from the beginning I moved in to the Carlton in September of 2024 and I could not believe until this day how kind everyone is it's quiet it's safe I wish I moved in 5 years earlier. There is a really nice park two blocks away and if you want something to eat you can go in a big circle and you'll get full one last thing there's also a movie theater one block away that's right a movie theater so you can just walk and you'll be right there anyway thank you so much Natalie for calling me🥰
