My wife and I toured Capital Manor with Maria. She is a wonderful representative, personable and professional. We fell in love with the Manor almost immediately. Maria took all the time we needed to tour the campus and a few floorpans. We met so many other staff and residents. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We are very interested in spending our retirement at Capital Manor.

There is not anything I don't like about my new home at Capital Manor. Staff in every department go above and beyond to meet my needs. All of the diverse meal options are above average in my opinion. The bus drivers are SO kind, and have such patience for the varying needs that we have. The activities/events people listen to our wants, and follow through with the new ideas. The gym trainers are sensitive to our particular needs to keep moving as well as to our limitations. Last but not least, I have yet to meet an unkind resident. The residents are a happy, intelligent, talented group of people.

We toured Capital Manor back in mid-April. Our residency advisor, Maria Byron, was very professional and thorough in her presentation and throughout the tour. She made sure we were able to see the entire complex and she answered all of our questions. The living options and more importantly, the friendly staff and residents, were just what we were looking for. We were so impressed we have already submitted our wait list application.

We visited Capital Manor during our investigation of senior living options. Everything about the facility/property was excellent from our initial greeting at the door to the warm, welcoming and organized tour from Maria. The villas and townhomes were light filled and efficiently laid out and included washer/dryer machines. The apartment that we viewed was also designed very well as a smaller space with large windows. Laundry service was on every floor. There is also a beautiful and impressive resident garden and additional amenities to support life at "the manor." As a result, we made a deposit on a residence and look forward to living there in the future.
