You must meet the Lady of the house here. She's our Chef Yolanda. She is here Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner. The best and most delicious and most nutritional food around. Want something special or your way she can do it. Watch out for Killer Cake Days. She loves feeding you. She can sing too. At Lunch the whole staff serves you. Andy is the administrator here. Every Resident gets Tailored attention. Every one seems to work together for each Resident. The minute I got here they were working to make me feel comfortable. Remember Watch out for Yummy Cakes and nice neighbors. Come see us.

Placed my mother in memory care a little over a year ago, and it has been the best thing for ALL of us. Staff is helpful and friendly, lots of activities and the administrators, Andy and Caprice, are very approachable and genuinely take an interest in the residents. Highly recommend.

My father was at Capetown for five years. First in the cottages then to assisted living. The assisted living facility has really went down hill. I have contacted the regional manager prior to moving my dad out with no changes made. Not a clean, friendly facility. It has lost its warm friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They have a calendar of events which 90% does not happen. Several residents voiced their unhappiness with me this past year. Short on staff is the big thing so staff is overwhelmed & pulled in many different directions effecting the residents. Food is terrible! Some staff not washing hands after sneezing/coughing then to go serve residents. Our entire family has felt unwelcome this past two years. I had to complain of the stench, dirty bed but straighten up to cover it. Floors un clean. I get the short staff however I was told by regional manager they are not. They have staff to pull in when short. Why is the Director of Nursing cooking? Why is the activity director doing housekeeping? I voiced my concerns previously to the administrator Colby a few months ago. Not to see him again although still there. We recently moved our father into a skilled nursing facility. Never seen or heard from administration. Dealt with Director of nursing only. A few staff members Stevie, Ashley & Sam are hardworking girls who try to make a difference. If your loved one is here visit often & listen. This is there home! Not to be treated as they are a inconvenience to staff. Staff seem to hate their jobs. If you consider this place please reconsider. Very high price for what they get.
