Cape Cod Senior Residences features Independent Senior Apartments and supportive Assisted Living in a comfortable, residential environment, allowing residents to stay within the same campus as their needs change over time.
The community has 84 spacious apartments and a variety of lovely community rooms including two country kitchens, a library, media room, fitness room and full-service salon. Set among serene landscaping, our community boasts walking paths, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, screened porch and community gardens, which residents take pride in caring for. My mom has moved recently from total independent living to CCSR. She has found the experience to be better than we could have imagined. She feels safe, happy, and her health has improved tremendously due to their support, meals and activities. We are very relieved that mom no longer worries about bills, meals, home maintenance or shopping. She is thoroughly enjoying meeting new people, making friends and participating in a variety of activities that are improving her mobility and quality of life! The staff are friendly, kind, caring and thoughtful. Mom considers CCSR 'home'. Thank you!

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Cape Cod Senior Residences for many years. She started with independent residences and now is in assisted living. CCSR is a caring place with wonderful staff. She loves living here and we are so happy she is in a great place with great food, activities and a safe environment. Also as a family member we appreciate the availability of the staff to answer questions and assist us as needed .

My Mom had been living independently until she was 93 years old. She had some recent health issues and was at a point where she needed assistance. She moved into Cape Cod Senior Residences in Dec 2020 during Covid. The staff was vigilant in keeping everyone safe and in communicating with family. The whole staff is wonderful and caring. The Dining Room is like eating in an upscale restaurant. The residents receive a menu with healthy choices. The wonderful wait staff knows the residents and their preferences. The amazing meals are based on The Mediterranean Diet. There are exercise classes, entertainment, and many activities to keep the residents active and involved. There is also a hairdresser, podiatrist, dental hygienist and audiologist who periodically come to the facility for appointments. These services keep our loved ones independent by making their own appointments. Mom will be 95 this Month. Cape Cod Senior Residences is adding years to her well lived life. The staff is like her second family. I am so grateful that Mom is living at Cape Cod Senior Residences.

My Mom has lived at CCSR for three years. From day one and every day since, she (and I) have been overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude for the services she receives. There is a genuine caring culture among the entire team at CCSR including all of management, housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance personnel and, most importantly the CNAs who our the most wonderful people I have ever met. There is very little staff turnover at CCSR which differentiates CCSR from other assisted living facilities. In my opinion, CCSR is a top tier facility at a price that is very competitive. My Mom loves her apartment, the staff and her new friends. She feels safe, loved and “at home”!
