Moving my mother into Cambridge House has been such a wonderful experience. My mom got emotional saying she never thought she would live anywhere so nice. Angie was wonderful as our initial guide, and Tracy made the closing so easy. They were very accommodating and we felt no pressure. There was a lot of paperwork, but Tracy made the process fun and all of our questions were answered. Everyone we encountered during our visits were friendly and helpful, which was reassuring for my mom. All of the employees we met were so very helpful and the residents were excited to meet someone new. Moving mom to Cambridge house has really taken the stress off of me, because I live in PA. I know my mom will be safe, well cared for and most of all, happy.

We recently chose Cambridge House of Maryville for my mother-in-law, and the entire experience has been incredibly reassuring. From our first visit, the staff made us feel welcome, informed, and genuinely cared for. The facility is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for residents’ needs. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been compassionate and professional, and we’re confident she’ll be in good hands. We’re looking forward to seeing her thrive in a community that values safety, dignity, and quality of life. Thank you, Cambridge House team, for giving our family peace of mind!

I am so excited for my sisters new adventure at the Cambridge House. They have amazing staff, and the best hands on help I have ever experienced. She is finally able to be herself, make friends, and enjoy! Thank you so much for your excellent care and concern. A special shout-out to Tracy S for making sure this transition went smoothly! Cambridge House is incredibly toxic. The facade you see when you visit the facility is incredibly misleading. Management makes you think your loved ones will be cared for and protected, but those are all lies. Once moved in, your loved ones are abused, neglected and mocked. Management does not care about your loved ones whatsoever. The managers laugh and poke fun at the elderly. All of the "Gold Badges" mistreat anyone and everyone they can. The abuse and neglect the residents suffer is disgusting. The Director of Nursing does not care about any of the residents and actually gets mad and annoyed when any of the residents need help or assistance. I would never risk my mother's safety or well-being by moving her into such a disgusting and toxic environment.
