Cadence North Raleigh Reviews

Cadence of North Raleigh has been a wonderful place for my Mom to live the past 6 months! Eventhough she has some mental challenges now, the great staff has helped Mom to feel safe and provide a living space where she can connect with others through the many activities each day . My mother loves the fact there are "no steps" at Caddnce. This was a big factor in deciding where to transition her from her home of many steps to Cadence. Cadence has made a life-changing difference in my mother and has been a blessing to my Mom and to all of her family. Lucy Blakely welcomed us to Cadence and helped so much with my mother's move. She has been pleasant and was a crucial piece of the puzzle in a recent guardianship hearing concerning my mother and brother that required video access. We thank God for Lucy being available to assist us! Everyone at Cadence has become my Mom's new family and we look forward to being with her at Cadance of North Raleigh for a good long time.

My mother has been living at Cadence North Raleigh for about 6 months now, and the transition could not have gone more smoothly. From day one, Lucy Blakley was an incredible source of guidance, reassurance, and compassion. She took time to understand our family, helped us navigate every step of the move, and made sure my mom felt comfortable and supported. The entire team has been wonderful, but Lucy’s kindness and expertise truly made all the difference during this life altering time. Knowing my mom is in a safe, caring environment brings our family great peace of mind. We are grateful to Cadence and their loving staff; and especially to Lucy Blakely for helping us through such an important chapter.

My Mom, who passed away this past week, had been a resident at Cadence North for the last year and a half. The care and concern she received from everyone of the staff and workers while she was a resident was nothing less than superb. Brandon, the director, and his staff have a heart for their residents which fills this place with a sense of caring that you can feel. My wife and I are so pleased that Cadence was the place she was able to live out her last days. These folks have our highest respect and praise.

I can't believe they have reviews that put them over 4.0. We're looking at something like $7600 per month. Every time I've been by there her hair has been greasy and she has wetness in her jeans. That's because her undergarments are so full they leak. They don't help her with her oral hygiene at all… Never having ever taken out her partials for cleaning. We worry about her on a weekly basis. And even the staff has indicated that it's hard to keep people and have them keep up their standards from shift to shift. We will be moving our mom out of there soon!
