Cadence Chandler sets the standard for senior living. The faculty and staff are professional, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. Every interaction we had was positive, and it was clear that resident well-being is their top priority. The facility is beautifully maintained, the programs are thoughtfully structured, and communication with families is wonderful. Our family is grateful for the exceptional care and support provided during our loved one’s time there.

This place is awesome ... cannot say enough. From the front desk, med-techs, maintenance, housekeeping to the dining room staff ... Cadence - Chandler should be benchmarked for other in the same industry. A shout out to individuals is not warranted for this review ... they know who they are ... and others, exceed par-none. Thank you ... grateful daughter of one of the residents. Happy Holidays ✨🎀✨

My mother was a resident from the opening of the facility until November 2025. I was always confident in the care she received . There were plenty of inclusive activities for her to participate. The staff is attentive and communicated effectively with me anytime she experienced any issues - including appropriately directing transport to the hospital when that was needed. I recommend this facility without reservation.

My grandmother stayed here 2.5 almost three years and (although she would love to say many times how much she didn’t like it cause she didn’t like living anywhere that was where she was - unless MAYBE with family for about a week and she’s ready to go) but she loved it here. For it being as large of a community , it still felt intimate and like home for her. Everyone knew my grandmother and looked out for her. She loved the happy hours and live music. She hated exercise but loved Bible study - she never “wanted” to go until she went and she came back talking about her experience and that she loved it. As my grandmother transitioned in age and began to become a little more confused friends and staff would just guide her back to her room, staff would continuously, almost daily, bring her walker back up to her room cause she would leave it everywhere! But she never knew where! They would label her phone with room number and name , her keys, her walker and sometimes just find her purse. She would say someone stole it but we would find it hidden in a deep box in the closet 🥹When she began forgetting how to use her phone she would go down to the front desk (sometimes multiple times a day) and call me. They didn’t have to but they always did. If you are considering this Gem , you can rest assured your loved one will be in great hands!
