It was truly lovely touring Brookridge with Lindsay. She was so attentive to our needs and endless questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel heard as we vocalized concerns. All that said, the best part of our tour was hearing from a resident who proudly exclaimed that he hated the idea of moving but that he has since found purpose and so much joy in living at Brookridge Heights.

This place was awful, my grandmother was put in here because she has dementia and osteoporosis and can’t even walk. She fell multiple times and there was pee on her floor because she can’t even remember to go to the bathroom my mother tried to get the state involved but of course the nursing home gets notified before they get inspected and obviously found nothing, we thankfully removed her from that hell hole and she is in a much better home. Never send your loved ones here

Moving a loved one into an assisted living facility is never an easy decision, but after touring Brookridge Heights this afternoon, I can say our minds are much more as ease. The facility, staff, amenities, programs and menu are 5-star! It is truly an inviting and caring environment.
