Moving to Brookmeadow has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very first tour, it stood out as the friendliest community, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff are always kind, approachable, and genuinely committed to making everyone feel at home. Meals are consistently good, offering a great variety. The activities are equally impressive. There’s a wonderful balance—you can stay as busy and engaged as you’d like, or simply enjoy a quieter day without ever feeling pressured. The outings and day trips are thoughtfully planned and provide such enjoyable experiences. Overall, Brookmeadow is a vibrant and uplifting community where residents truly thrive. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call this place home. Norman Leafer

This facility needs to constant monitoring. I’ve had to request that my friends room be cleaned often. When they moved to him to a different room, they broke a lot of his personal items and installed his mattress upside down. It was left like that for almost a week. His mattress was left without a waterproof mattress pad, and he suffers from incontinence He was just lucky that the mattress wasn’t ruined which he had purchased. He. was attacked one day by another resident. The Foods service is very bad. You have to wait a very long time to get waited on and served. The staff often don’t understand your request .The director never answers his phone or returns phone calls. In the winter, there was no parking because they didn’t adequately plow the lot so I was unable to visit. When I discussed this with the memory care director, she said there’s nothing they can do about it. The staff was not administering the Correct amount of eye drops to his eyes for months I had to make a big stink of it several times before nursing finally responded and trained the aids.

I have a close friend who has been living at Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner for about 2 years. Right from the start I was impressed with the workers, so caring especially Tabitha. Recently I met Allison Karsay a real professional who is so helpful warm and caring. My parents were in an independent living facility for 20 years and I was familiar with the Assisted living floor. I can only repeat the quality of caring at Brookmeadow stands out. Congratulations keep up the Good work.

My mom recently moved into Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner after a subpar experience at another senior living facility. I've been amazed with the care and support she has already received from the entire staff. Tani Bingham has been amazing. A special thank you to Allison Karsay for making the transition seamless. She has gone above and beyond!! I could not have done it without her.
