As a hospice nurse/provider who has had the blessing of working within Brooklyn Pointe, I can say with complete sincerity that this community stands out in every way. The moment you walk through the doors, you feel as though you’ve stepped into a warm, comfortable home rather than a facility. The building is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, familiar environment for residents and families alike. What truly sets Brooklyn Pointe apart, however, is the staff. From the very first interaction at the front desk to the compassionate leadership of the Executive Director, every team member is kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of residents and the professionals who support them. As a hospice provider, I’ve always felt welcomed, respected, and valued—something that cannot be said for every community. Their teamwork, communication, and heartfelt approach to care consistently shine through. Because of this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Brooklyn Pointe to anyone seeking an assisted living or memory care environment for their loved one. It is a place where residents are cared for with dignity, families are supported, and partners in care are treated like family. This is an amazing facility. The residents are treated with respect and genuine care.It is phenomenally clean. The kitchen staff does an amazing job of preparing great meals and staff really cares about the residents!

This is an absolutely beautiful community that houses both assisted living and memory care. The food is incredible!! The new administrative team is present, diligent in addressing any concerns and is making even more improvements in the building. The amenities are plentiful and the residents all seem so happy and engaged.

Beware! This place has no right to be treating these people this way. They neglect their residents, they lie to you so much when trying to move in about things they provide and how our family member will be happy here which is a total lie. The few people I have spoken with are miserable and wanna get out but the management con their families into them staying. I have seen neglect first hand with the upstairs smelling like weed, the aids sitting around ignoring their residents, management always gone, activities is basically them doing nothing but playing bingo and watching movies and nursing sitting in their office and being loud and rude to residents and their families. Please don't bring your family here! I beg you to stay away they don't care about anybody but themselves!
