The staff don’t give a crap about residents or outside staff coming in to give extra help. Staff are always sitting on their phones, not engaging with the residents. You ask them a question instead of getting an answer you got a finger pointed in some other direction. No hellos when you enter or thanks goodbye when you leave. They just stare at you like a deer in headlights. Do you guys even like your jobs????

I had my mother in the memory care building many times she wasn't in clean clothes they never cleaned her toilet or take her trash. She had multiple falls and they refused to give me the incident reports. She passed away fromone of multiple falls. Hospice wanted her to have an autopsy because of the manner of her death. The Hennepin County m.e. said they didn't need to do one because they have already done plenty from that exact building. So what does that tell you? They won't allow you to have a key card to enter the building so you have to wait on them to let you in so you will never know what is actually going on because they don't allow family in on your own. I have had to wait long periods of time and you can't leave without staff letting you out. They never have an adequate amount of staff on they blame it on the staffing shortage but it could very well be that good moral people refuse to work under those conditions. You can get not get anyone to answer the phones and they don't have the decency to return calls. They have almost 9k of my mother's money because she passed away in August and it is against the law to take money when services aren't being received. Several of my family and myself have filed serval elder abuse reports and MAARC reports. This place needs to be shut down! If you care about your aging relative don't put them there!!!! They will not get proper care and there is an older woman that works there that is down right cruel to people she should never be a caregiver and how can i say that because I am in health-care dogs are treated better than what she is capable of. If I had the poa over my mom's money she would have been moved out! They didn't cut her toenails for 6 months! Yes 6 months. Please stop the abuse and don't put loved ones in that facility! It needs to be closed!
