This community has the nicest staff. I have not met a single mean soul since my grandmother moved in a couple of months ago. I was super nervous about someone mistreating her but Brittany Davis made all negative thoughts melt away! Her energy and easy going personality made the transition smooth. My grandmother often talks about her as if she has known Brittany for years. Brittany never made us feel uneasy during the paperwork process and even brought my sister, mother, and I on a tour of the whole facility on two separate occasions to make sure all parties were comfortable. At every visit she is always smiling and greeting guests and residents. She's a counselor, leader, and FRIEND to all! I really appreciate all of the work she puts into Waterview Court and how she treats everyone equally.

I was in search of a temporary home for my parents and came across Waterview Court’s website. I filled in the contact information and within minutes I received a response from Brittny Davis. Brittny was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the property and was there to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with how accurately she responded. With that alone Waterview Court is at the very top of my list in finding a safe and friendly space for my parents to reside.

My mom stayed at Waterview for 10 years. She was happy and enjoyed her time there most of the time. In her last month of life her jewelry was stolen. She was obviously upset; who could take advantage of a person dying? A few weeks later she passed. As I was moving her personal effects in the next week, someone was coming in at night when no one was there. Items were stolen. We told the administrator no one should be going in the room, she agreed. However, the next three nights someone still used a master key and came in and stole more items each night! I could not believe the disrespect. It was extremely hurtful. I hope you will be sure not to let your loved ones stay here without checking. Wherever you place your loved one, be sure to do your research on that retirement home. I do not recommend Waterview.
