Whether it’s flooring choices or how we approach behavioral expressions, our Clare Bridge program uses an evidence-based approach to continue evolving and building our state-of-the-art care for you and your family. We focus on building relationships with you and your loved one based on trust, loving concern and a strong sense of family.

Here residents stay engaged with a gentle daily structure of planned activities to help them maintain their abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. Brain games, dancing, cooking and baking classes and music programs are just a few of the ways our residents enjoy their time. Along with our programming, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that trained staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.

Our apartments have plenty of natural window light, and some even have a garden view. You and your family will have several floor plans to choose from. We’ll help you make your loved one’s apartment familiar and comfortable with a move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring. And our community has an open neighborhood concept, with common living spaces and apartment suites that surround the common area of each neighborhood.

We use mealtime as an opportunity to offer healthy menu choices and create a sense of belonging. Here our residents enjoy dementia-friendly menus with familiar and easy-to-manage selections, small dining rooms with consistent pre-selected seating and personal dining assistance.
