Brookdale Roseburg

My family and I were extremely happy with the care and compassion our uncle received while he resided at Brookdale. It is an extremely difficult decision to make when your family member needs to move into assisted care. We were told numerous times by friends and residents of Roseburg that Brookdale was by far the best assisted care facility in the area. The Supervisor, Sarah, manages this facility in a very professional manner. We met staff that have worked there for more than a decade. You know a facility is running well if the staff have stayed on for this length of time, as this job is challenging in many ways. Our uncle received excellent and compassionate care during his final days at Brookdale. We will always be grateful that our uncle did not die alone, but was cared for by the wonderful staff at Brookdale. Renee Vanuk

I am new to the Brookdale community with my husband becoming a resident. I have found that Brookdale is the perfect community for a loved one struggling with memory care deficits. The environment is comfortable and allows the residence to feel at home, they are engaging every day with activities and outgoing trips to help break the monotony of being in one place. The facility is second to none with appearance, it is always welcoming. Roseburg Brookdale goes the extra mile from the Executive Director, the Nursing teams, the Dietary team to the floor staffing the care is top notch and it's the only place I feel comfortable leaving my loved one at. Thank you, Brookdale, for being a beacon for your residents

UPDATED At Brookdale Roseburg, where my mom resides, the kindness and exceptional care provided by the staff have made a significant difference in her life and ours as a family. From the very first day, we were greeted with warmth, and it was clear that every staff member, from the caregivers to the nurses, genuinely cares about the residents. It’s comforting to know that my mom is surrounded by people who not only meet her medical needs but also take the time to get to know her, treat her with respect, and make her feel like she’s part of a community. I have know the same Management Team for over 20 years. The are highly qualified and experienced. There is no other facility in Oregon like this one, possibly the nation. They are safe, and kind, amazing food and care. Exactly what a Memory care should be. And they are the best at what they do. The environment at Brookdale Roseburg is more than just a facility; it feels like home. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my mom is comfortable and engaged, with personalized care that makes a real difference. I think mom mom would have declined faster anywhere else. Whether it’s through the high-quality meals she enjoys or the thoughtful activities that keep her active and connected,( and they work really hard to do so as y mom is not easy to please) I can see the positive impact it has on her well-being. The nursing team’s professionalism, combined with their caring approach, gives me confidence that my mom is in the best hands. Brookdale Roseburg has truly been a blessing for our family, providing the peace of mind that she is safe, happy, and well cared for every day. You wont find a better place. I have figure in every company and service we may use in our lives. Some one has to be at the top and the best. Roseburg, Oregon Brookdale is the best memory care as I do not thing you get better then this. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I love that my mom is here. I can relax , sit back and know, that why we may say its a Memory Care Facility. Its the closest thing to home anyone could provide for our loves ones that need the best care.
