I am beyond excited to share my review of Brookdale Pinnacle. My sister joined the community as an assisted living resident in February 2025, and the transformation I’ve witnessed has been nothing short of amazing. Before moving into Brookdale, she rarely left her room or even got out of her lounge chair. She relied on our family for nearly everything. When I visited her two weeks ago, it was like seeing a whole new person! First, I love her room. It’s the perfect size, giving her the independence to easily navigate the bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. She now uses her walker to go to the dining room for lunch and returns again for dinner both of which she enjoys every day without complaint. She’s also joined bingo twice a week, made new friends, and even gets her hair done at the on-site salon. The biggest moment for me came when I stopped by to say goodbye before leaving Grove City. I found her sitting outside in the sun, something I couldn’t have imagined just months ago. I am so deeply grateful to the Brookdale Pinnacle team for giving my sister a new lease on life and helping her thrive with independence, connection, and joy.

Absolutely beautiful facility, it's too bad they have a few employee's that don't give a damn about the patients. My mother in law was allowed to fall out of bed at least twice. She was soaked to the bone twice when we got in there, clothing and bedding. Once she was sitting on the edge of the bed completely naked and freezing. The kicker was that they knew she was non verbal, couldn't walk or feed herself and had a broken vertebrae in her back, and an aide, who had seen her at least twice, got her dressed in pants, put in a wheelchair and took her to the dining room, saying she didn't know she wasn't supposed to do that. She was found when one of the family came to visit and she wasn't in her room. She was alone in the dining room, food all over herself and extremely upset. We knew she had weeks to months left but, she passed right around a week after this incident. Staff says it is management's fault and management said it is staff. We ended up staying everyday at Brookdale to keep her safe, all the while paying them over $7000 a month. Which she was only there 2 weeks. Beware of you are planning on using this facility, please monitor your loved ones, you only have them for a limited time.

My life time friend is in the memory care facility and as much as it hurt me I found it was the right thing to do especially for her. My very first experience with the staff I knew this was the place I wanted her to be. They were so knowledgeable and kind and still are. The activity director is wonderful and treats them all as family. Actually me too. It helps to know she is loved and taken care of when family can’t be there. There are activities all the time for them and all the families. I would recommend Brookdale to all that are in this place in your loved ones lives.
