Since the new leadership team came on board, Ciel Senior Living in Olney has taken on a renewed energy and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that Jessica Smith has been an important part of that positive transformation. The community feels refreshed, engaged, and genuinely focused on creating an exceptional experience for residents and their families. If you are looking for a senior living option for your loved one please come see Jessica. She truly puts older adults and their families first. She takes the time to understand each person's unique situation and provides thoughtful guidance with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Navigating senior living options can feel overwhelming, but Jessica has a way of making the process much less stressful by educating families and helping them make informed decisions. My parents moved in about four months ago and they are very happy with their apartment, the staff and the food. I looked at six other places before settling on Brookdale Olney. It is clean, cheerful and comfortable. I feel good about my parents living there and i have had a very positive experience working with the staff to make sure my parents’ needs are met. I would recommend it to anyone.

Laundy is not done on scheduled days. When i am there i often bring her clothes to my place to wash.also i bought a swifter to clean the floor in her room.

The director took me directly to my client’s room. They have a very friendly staff who were so kind to me as a visitor. They even have coffee and cookies.
