You'll find our memory care campus nestled in Fremont, California, just a short drive from restaurants, shopping, and medical centers.

As a safety-first campus, we have a 24-hour security system installed on our grounds, along with secure keypad entries for apartments. We've also designed a campus layout that is intimate and cozy, with a circular walking path that allows for safe walking outdoors.

Having a safety-first mindset doesn't mean that we've skimped out on the comfort or the fun. Here, your loved one will enjoy on-site amenities like our community courtyard and salon. We also plan a robust events calendar filled with a variety of activities, such as:

• Group scenic drives

Alongside these events, your loved one will be provided a daily structured path of engagement, filled with research-backed activities to strengthen cognitive, physical, and social skills. This includes activities such as morning mental workouts, clustered group discussions, and reading groups.

When it's time to relax and unwind, your loved one will have their own apartment that they're free to personalize any way they'd like. We encourage residents to personalize their spaces with favorite furnishings, family photos, and treasured keepsakes. Regardless, the lovely windows that let in ample natural light and cozy wall-to-wall carpeting are sure to make your loved one feel right at home. We're also a pet-friendly community, so if your loved one has a furry best friend, they're more than welcome here.

When it comes to your loved one's care plan, everything is tailored to their needs. The basics are covered, such as housekeeping and restaurant-style dining with healthy, delicious menu options. Our care staff is here to help with dining if needed, along with other daily activities. If your loved one needs help dressing, grooming, taking medications, or getting around campus, our attentive staff is here to help.

To help create a comfortable, safe environment, we also have care staff on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to emergencies.
