My parents have lived here for around 18 months. They have good things to say about the staff but they have always complained about the food so my sister and I cook a lot for them and bring good takeout. Now that my mother requires end of life care, the incompetence is incredible. We have private hospice nurses working with her but some of the Brookdale caregivers won't leave her alone. They keep waking her and interrupting her transition process. We found 2 of them laying on her bed begging her not to leave. Are you freaking kidding me?? We have involved management but it doesn't stop. So very unprofessional!

We had to say goodbye to my mother 6 months ago on the 17th. It was a hard time for the whole family, but the team on my moms end of life care, as well as Cristy and Britney deserve my serious thanks. The updates and care that was received not just for my mother but to my family afterwards made the transition as smooth as possible. We will always be grateful for the open communicated that allowed us to be there in her last moments. We love you mom, fly high. Thank you Brookdale

My father was admitted for assisted living, 10 months ago, in his old age he’s always been a little bitter but he sends pictures of their event nights when I can’t make it to them. He absolutely loves the staff, although he isn’t living with us anymore I couldn’t imagine better care. Thank you staff, now we have matching tiedye tshirts that we wear out together on sundays.

My father in law stayed here for a month after recovering from his surgery. The entire family had a good experience. The community was located close to all of us siblings and we especially liked how it was within walking distance of the hospital! The staff is kind. It's an older place but everyone is so friendly and it has a warm feeling. If permanent placement is needed we will go back for sure
