Whitby Pointe has been by far one of the best senior living communities I could have picked for my grandmother. I looked at other communities in the area and didn’t feel the warmthness when I walked in like I did at Whitby Pointe. Angela the Executive Director is very approachable and you can see how much she cares for the community. Jessica the Wellness Director is amazing. She made my grandmother feel at home and went over step by step everything needed for her health wellbeing. I would highly recommend Whitby Pointe to anyone looking for senior living for their loved one. You won’t be disappointed.

I cannot speak highly enough about this assisted-living facility! My mother has been there for the past month due to a stroke. From the excellent executive director, Angela, to the amazing maintenance man, Mike, they don’t skip a beat! In the mornings, at breakfast, everybody is helping all the residents, making sure everyone has what they need. The staff is very kind and nurturing to my mother. They go the extra mile to make sure she has what she needs and she is comfortable.I couldn’t have found a better place in San Antonio for my mom!

Very impressed with the quality of care and attention the residents receive. We recently moved my mother to this location and although she is having difficulty adapting to her new situation, the administration and entire staff have been extremely helpful in easing this transition for her. The administration and staff, from the attendants, custodians, cooks, nurses, office staff to the executive director, all are available and very willing to respond to any questions or requests. We are hopeful that with the special care and attention my mother has received she will adapt to her new home and we look forward to a successful and continuing relationship with Brookdale.

I just spent a wonderful couple of hours touring the center with Glenda Spears. Glenda and the staff were delightful. The entire staff obviously enjoyed working here, and it was evident they care for their seniors. We had a great tour and delicious lunch. They made it all so welcoming and warm, and I want to thank her/them for the experience.
