I have nothing but great things to say about Brookdale Liverpool! My father has been here for a year and they have just been fantastic! Everyone from the aids, to the cooks, the Activities director, to the head nurse to the director, are just fantastic! I will say when you get there it may take a litte bit for meds to get all fixed(they give all meds so you don't have to worry about it)but then you have no worries! They work with every resident for that residents issues and they are so pleasant as they do it. When your family member has to go to the hospital/rehab, they do everything they can to get them back to their little apartments. They do their laundry, cleaning everything. The activities are for every level and interest! The hairdresser is expensive but that is my only complaint! Oh and the food and desserts are good too!! I am so happy we picked here!!

Chris, Denise, Ted, Niki, Debbie, Kathy, Brian, Sue (hairdresser), the chefs and the rest of the staff really care about their residents. They have the passion needed to make a great facility for seniors needing extra care. Thank you !!!

At the end of last year, my mom had a fall at home followed by unpleasant experiences in a hospital and then a rehab. It was a very stressful time. She wanted very badly to get out of the rehab but knew she couldn’t go back home. I found Brookdale Liverpool on a Saturday in January. On Monday, they had a room set up for her, with the help of a mover they recommended, with her furniture and other things from home. She moved in to a room much like her home on Wednesday of that week which was her birthday. (She could have moved in Monday but for the delays at the rehab in discharging her). Brian H. at Brookdale moved mountains to make this happen. I still can’t believe it. Three months later, my mom is doing very well. She’s made friends, the food is good and the staff are wonderful. I honestly don’t know how to thank everyone there, especially Brian, so I wrote this as a small token of appreciation for taking such good care of my mother.

My uncle lives here and he loves bingo night and other events. When he comes to my home for a family function, he always insists to be back for the events scheduled. I think he has opened up more. I would give 10 stars if it was possible.
