My Mom lived here just under one year before she passed. She never had a complaint. I spent the final 5 weeks of her life, living in her apartment to care for her, rather than move her to Assisted Living. The staff became my extended family and treated me as such. When my time comes, I would live there in a heartbeat. The food is amazing and the staff is incredible.

My mom lives here and really enjoys the people who work here. She always has wonderful things to say about the kitchen and office staff. It's been a joy to hear about the friends she's made here as well as hear about people who have moved into the community that I've known from when I was a child. Communication is a strong point with office staff, which I have been grateful for. My mom wishes there was a pool or hot tub available on-site, but I think she is happy otherwise. 😁

My mother has been at this Brookdale for going on 4 years. The staff is amazing, the food is good. The activities and community events are wonderful for her. The staff knows me and calls me by name when I am there. They go above and beyond for an independent living facility. I am grateful my mom is here and enjoying her life with the support and love she receives. Next level top notch. Thank you for caring so well for my mom.

We found the staff and administration to be caring, helpful and kind during our family member's stay. Their dedication to residents and their families is evident in all they do. They showed generosity and compassion in challenging situations, which was much appreciated. The building is laid out well and feels spacious. The food was nutritious and delicious, and there were always plenty of choices. The housekeeper was very efficient and did a great job every week. Residents were very welcoming and friendly. We had a great experience with Brookdale Heritage Plaza!
